title: Reselling of merch

There is this game called "Arknights: Endfield" that I have been enjoying here and there. It started playing it primarily for it having a factory-building aspect, but nowadays I play it mostly for the [dailies](https://comet-web.com/daily-rewards-in-gacha-games/). The various UI interactions (visual, clicking, sound, …) are so nicely put together 🤤 W-well anyway…

I wanted to buy some merch from the [official store](https://store.gryphline.com/collections/arknights-endfield) and saw that some of the items, like the [packing tape](https://store.gryphline.com/products/arknights-endfield-emergency-packing-tape-ver-a-new-horizons-supply) are already sold out. Should have bought them sooner! 😓

So I was wondering, what the Chinese lands AliExpress would offer. And holy moly — somebody is actually reselling the official cap. On the official store, it costs [30.00 €](https://store.gryphline.com/products/arknights-endfield-baseball-cap-companionship-celebration-2026) and on Aliexpress, it costs [42.77 €](https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005012760698800.html). Filthy resellers.

I get it when somebody is reselling e.g. wood — it needs to be transported and stored (occasionally processed) and that adds value — by at least simplifying stuff. But for merch and digital goods? I just can't get behind it…
